Ain't No Refunds Boo Boo

Okay, let's talk about that annoying ass client, you know the one who can't make up their mind about what they want, want something they see someone else with, has no sense of style, always complaining, you know the one you who always has a complaint but always seem to make another appointment. These people are just flat out irritating and I think it's because of self-esteem issues, but I'm not a therapist so i won't go there lol.

So what do we do about these people? We have to be upfront and completely honest with them in a firm but professional way, if you are not a good speaker make signs, this makes them think that your really not talking about them but they really know you are, and you can do this by saying or posting the following:

-ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
Make sure you are happy with your service before you leave out of my presence because there will be no hair, nail, or lashes repaired free of charge, you will be charged for the simple fact I have no clue what you did when you left my sight.

-KNOW WHAT LOOKS GOOD ON YOU
Just because yo lil cousin's baby momma friend sister got a platinum blonde lace wig and look cute with it, don't mean you go and spend $300 on one and get mad at your stylist for putting it on you after you asked, get your own look and quit trying to look like the next person.

-STAY AWAY FROM THE DISCOUNTED/UNPROFESSIONAL WORK
NO I WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING YOU HAD DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! But I will redo it for a fee.

These are just a few ways you can get that client in line, either they roll with it or they roll out.
